Shipping and Refund Policy

PODAVACH products are delivered across the US territory via mail.
Minimum purchase of 500$ is required at dealers.on.podavach.store.
The shipping price depends on the order total value.
Shipping rates depending on order value:
- orders from 499 to 999$ shipping rate 0 - 30$
- orders from 1000 to 1499$ shipping rate 1 - 36$
- orders from 1500 to 1999$ shipping rate 2 - 49$
- orders from 2000 to 2499$ shipping rate 3 - 60$
- orders from 2500 to 2999$ shipping rate 4 - 70$
- orders from 3000 to 3499$ shipping rate 5 - 80$
- orders from 3500 to 3999$ shipping rate 6 - 92$
- orders from 4000 to 4999$ shipping rate 7 - 104$
- orders from 5000 to 5999$ shipping rate 8 - 135$
- orders from 6000 to 6999$ shipping rate 9 - 158$
- orders from 7000 to 7999$ shipping rate 10 - 183$
- orders from 8000 to 8999$ shipping rate 11 - 207$
- orders from 9000 to 10000$ shipping rate 12 - 232$

If you indicated your FedEx, UPS or other account number your order will be shipped by the cost of your shipping service.
Order processing takes from 1 to 3 business days due to a high load. You will be informed via email when your order has been sent from our stock.
The average shipping time is 3-5 business days in the US.
Please note that these shipping times are estimates. While all shipments usually arrive on time or ahead of the schedule, there is a probability of delays, particularly during national holidays.
Also delays may occur due to logistics limitations and additional health security measures taken to avoid COVID-19 spreading, shipping may take up to 4 weeks.
PLEASE, CHECK YOUR DATA BEFORE PURCHASE. Entering the wrong shipping details may lead to a failed delivery.

The following terms are applicable for any products purchased at dealers.on.podavach.store
Your order cannot be canceled after the payment transaction is completed.
We do not provide refunds or store credits at dealers.on.podavach.store
Our return policy for shipped wholesale items lasts 30 days and covers replacement for damaged, malfunctioning, missing or misrepresented items.
After 30 days we cannot exchange your wholesale purchase.
If you receive an item that is damaged, malfunctioning, missing, or misrepresented please send us email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- invoice/order number or tracking number of your shippment
- exactly which item(s) need to be returned
- how many of each item(s) need to be returned
- what is the reason for returning each item
Returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Note that you have to take a picture of the product(s) that will reflect the condition before sending it back.
The following items cannot be returned:
- the supply of items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- the supply of items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Our products are covered by a limited one year warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing. The Warranty is applicable ONLY in case of proper use with supported items listed in the product description.
